2. What We Sell — Three Types of Order
Because each type carries different rights, please read the type that applies to your order.
A. Set-price bouquets
A ready-designed bouquet posted at a fixed price, not altered for you. You may cancel for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, for a full refund, provided it's returned unused and in its original condition. You'll cover return postage unless it arrived faulty.
B. Customisable bouquets
You choose from our existing options (colour, size, decorations). Selecting from a standard range is not classed as "bespoke" under UK law, so the same 14-day right in section A applies. To avoid waste, we ask you to confirm your choices are final before we begin — cancelling once we've started cutting and assembling won't be refunded beyond the reason set out in Section 4.
C. Inspiration / bespoke bouquets
Designed specifically to your brief (e.g. matching a photo you send, a unique colour/wording combination made only for you). These are genuinely made to your specification, so the 14-day change-of-mind right does not apply once work has begun, under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 28.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in GBP (£) and shown on request or in your order confirmation message.
- Full payment (100%) is required at the time of ordering, once you've selected your bouquet or confirmed your custom order on our website.
- Your order is only confirmed, and work only begins, once payment has cleared and you've agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
- Prices may change for future orders but never for an order you've already paid for.
- Bouquets with a rose count over 50 are priced individually. We'll confirm the total with you by email, and this amount is paid separately from your website order.
4. Cancellations
Before we begin work: full refund of any payment made, no questions asked.
After we begin work:
- Set-price and Customisable bouquets: you keep your 14-day right under Section 2A/2B. If you cancel after we've started but before the 14 days is up, we'll deduct a fair amount for materials and time already spent and refund the rest.
- Inspiration/bespoke bouquets: no refund once work has begun, as these fall outside the 14-day right (Section 2C).
5. Delivery & Collection
- Local collection: free, from Farcet, Peterborough, by appointment.
- Local delivery: £3.00 / Free Over £50.00, within Peterborough.
- Postal delivery: sent tracked via Selected Courier — a flat £5.99 delivery estimate is added to your order at checkout for any bouquet that needs posting. We're not responsible for courier delays once dispatched, but we will help you raise a claim.
- Please double-check your delivery address — we're not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect address you provided.
6. Faulty, Damaged, or Not-as-Described Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you're entitled to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described — this applies to every order type, including bespoke ones.
- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo if something's wrong, and we'll offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
- Bouquets contain small decorative parts and wire — please supervise use around young children and pets and keep away from open flames.
7. Care of Your Bouquet
- Keep out of direct sunlight and away from moisture.
- Dust gently with a soft, dry brush or a low hairdryer setting.
- Not intended for outdoor use.
8. Our Rights as the Seller
These terms also protect us as a small business:
- We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion — for example, if payment isn't received, the request falls outside what we can safely make, or we suspect fraud. Any payment made will be refunded in that case.
- Ownership of a bouquet remains with us until paid in full.
- We're not liable for delays or failure to complete an order due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (illness, supplier delays, extreme weather, postal strikes).
- Our total liability for any order is capped at the price you paid for it.
- Photos, designs, and content we post remain our property and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
- Under the Limitation Act 1980, claims relating to an order must generally be brought within 6 years.
